Wrapix provides third-party logistics and e-commerce fulfillment services, including inventory storage, order processing, packaging, shipping coordination, and returns management.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate product information, SKUs, and shipment details.
Ensure your products comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Pay all invoices on time.
Provide accurate shipping addresses and customer details.
Prohibited Items
Clients must not send items that are illegal, dangerous, prohibited by carriers, or restricted by state or federal law. Wrapix reserves the right to reject items that do not meet safety standards.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the selected carrier.
Wrapix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect customer details.
Tracking updates are provided when available.
Inventory & Storage
- Inventory accuracy is maintained through regular checks, but small variances may occur.
- The client is responsible for monitoring stock levels.
- Wrapix is not liable for product defects, expired items, or manufacturer-related issues.
Returns & Replacements
Wrapix processes returns based on the client’s instructions. The client is responsible for return policy, approval, and customer communication.
Fees & Billing
All service fees must be paid before order processing begins.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, and materials belong to Wrapix and may not be copied or used without permission.
